Free shipping on orders $100 + | or $10 flat fee on orders under $100!

SHIPPING: 
All items are shipped via Canada Post, as soon as we can get it out. Most orders will arrive within one week but due to unforeseen circumstances, backorders, etc please allow up to 3 weeks. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

RETURNS:
We want you to love your purchases, however if you are not satisfied we offer a full refund minus shipping costs. Please email info@sarahkennedycollection.com for a return approval.

Our return policy lasts 14 days and costs for return are to be paid by the customer. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All original tags must be attached and must have original receipt. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Intimates such as undergarments, bodysuits, earrings and final sale goods cannot be returned.
